The price per square meter for renovation depends on the frame condition:

How is payment made?
Mshenoveli offers you payment in three stages: 40/40/20 %, ensuring project transparency and financial safety:

First 40% – At the initial stage, before work begins.

Second 40% – After the completion of the first stage and right before the second stage begins.

Last 20% – Immediately after the completion of the second stage, upon final approval of remaining work.
Attention: After each payment, the client is issued Form No. 2 receipt as a document confirming the payment.
