We offer renovation based on the Black Frame, White Frame, and Green Frame principles, as well as the updating of existing renovations:
Apartment/Flat Renovation – electrical, plumbing, heating system, walls, floors, kitchen, bathroom, and a complete interior refresh
Private House Renovation – exterior and interior renovation work.
Office and Commercial Premises Renovation – modernization and functional improvement of the working environment, installation of engineering systems (heating/cooling/electrical/low-current systems).

- Dismantling work (bringing the space to reach White/Black Frame condition)

How much does a square meter cost?
The price per square meter for renovation depends on the frame condition:

How is payment made?
Mshenoveli offers you payment in three stages: 40/40/20 %, ensuring project transparency and financial safety:

First 40% – At the initial stage, before work begins.

Second 40% – After the completion of the first stage and right before the second stage begins.

Last 20% – Immediately after the completion of the second stage, upon final approval of remaining work.
Attention: After each payment, the client is issued Form No. 2 receipt as a document confirming the payment.

Mshenoveli offers high-quality services in Tbilisi and Batumi, as well as their surrounding areas (within a 50 km radius).
- Please note that services are unavailable in high-mountain municipalities.
What is the completion timeline?
We offer fast and reliable renovation services depending on the frame type:

White or Green Frame (≤60 m²) – 45 calendar days.
