The price per square meter for renovation depends on the frame condition:

• Black Frame – Full renovation work from scratch.

• White Frame – Limited scope of work.

• Green Frame – Minor updates, improvements.

• Old Renovation Update – Fully refreshed interior.

Mshenoveli offers you payment in three stages: 40/40/20 %, ensuring project transparency and financial safety:

1. First 40% – At the initial stage, before work begins.

2. Second 40% – After the completion of the first stage and right before the second stage begins.

3. Last 20% – Immediately after the completion of the second stage, upon final approval of remaining work.

Attention: After each payment, the client is issued Form No. 2 receipt as a document confirming the payment.

Mshenoveli offers high-quality services in Tbilisi and Batumi, as well as their surrounding areas (within a 50 km radius).

• Please note that services are not provided in high-mountain municipalities.

We offer fast and reliable renovation services depending on the frame type:

• White or Green Frame (≤60 m²) – 45 calendar days.

• Black Frame (≤60 m²) – 60 calendar days.

• Old Renovation Update – The timeline is determined according to the existing condition of the property.
